Malaga’s Simed the benchmark Mediterranean Real Estate Exhibition


The Mediterranean Real Estate Exhibition (Simed) will once again open its doors at the Palacio de Ferias y Congresos de Málaga (FYCMA), confirming itself as the national benchmark event for the sector in the south of Spain and one of the leading real estate events in Europe.

From Thursday 10 to Saturday 12 November 2022 visitors can discover the latest market trends and the challenges of the future of real estate in a meeting that brings together the main agents, developers and builders, CEOs, executives and managers of the most important companies in Spain. Industry leaders will talk about investment, public-private partnerships, market trends, innovation and sustainability.
