The National Real Estate Fair (TNI), Romania’s most important real estate event and one of the most relevant in Eastern Europe, kicks off on 24-26 May 2024 in Bucharest at Parliament Palace. Now in its 36th edition, and having a 20-year tradition, TNI held twice annually (in autumn and spring) is the largest exhibition dedicated to the general public.
This spring’s edition brings together renowned developers, real estate agencies from Romania and abroad, financial institutions and service providers related to the real estate industry, as well as professional associations and specialized press.
A total of 120 projects and over 100,000 real estate offers for all tastes, budgets and needs will be presented at the fair: from low-cost properties up to penthouses and villas in Romania to investment opportunities in Spain, Dubai and Zanzibar. The properties put up for sale at this edition of the TNI are collectively worth over 7 billion euro.
Each exhibitor participates in the event with properties at special prices, and if we calculate an average discount of only 5%, the total amount of discounts and prizes offered within TNI reaches over 350 million euros, according to Cristina Bercea (pictured), PR Manager of the TNI.
