-State-run Oil Terminal received approval from the Energy Ministry to start negotiations with real estate developer Iulius Group, controlled by Iulian Dascalu on a EUR 815 million urban regeneration project in Constanta. The developer will build “hotels, office spaces for the private and public sectors, retail and logistics spaces, systems of integrated real estate solutions composed of office spaces, commercial spaces and condominium type housing, conference rooms, performance and table sports rooms, recreational spaces, green spaces, parking lots,” reads the document quoted by Ziarul Financiar.

-In 2022, P3 Logistic Parks (P3), a long-term investor, developer and manager of logistics properties in Europe, concluded transactions for over 98,500 square meters of logistics and office space in Romania.
