Real estate investments in the first quarter of 2023 topped EUR153 million, up 72% y-o-y, an analysis by Fortim Trusted Advisors, a member of the BNP Parisbas Real Estate Alliance reveals.


Building owners in Romania are much more interested in ESG standards and also have higher expectations when it comes to sustainability than their counterparts in other countries, according to a survey by CBRE.


Five Romanian cities (Cluj-Napoca, Timisoara, Brasov, Bucharest, and Iasi) were ranked in the top 100 safest cities in the world in a list compiled by Numbeo, a Serbian crowd-sourced global database of perceived consumer prices, crime rates, quality of health care, among other statistics.
