-Bucharest continued to see rising housing demand last month with 6,435 units being traded in the capital city and the Ilfov country, up 30% from the 4,946 in the same period a year ago, data from the national cadaster agency ANCPI showed.

-November was an atypical month for rents with increases In Oradea, Constanta, Bucharest and Iași, according to a Storia.ro report. The biggest increases from month to month (November 2022 vs. October 2022) are recorded in Constanța, where studios are 11% more expensive, and 3-room apartments, by 10%. Studios in Oradea have a 13% higher price, and in Iași by 8%. In Bucharest, the increase occurs in 3-room apartments, by 9%. At the opposite end, there are decreases of only up to 4% for studios in Timișoara and for 3-room apartments in Cluj-Napoca.

European warehouse and logistics company Logicor has completed the development of the last building of approximately 23,000 sqm of the Logicor Bucharest I Logistics Park in Mogosoaia, 12km northwest of Bucharest city center. UK-based Logicor was founded in 2012 by Blackstone Group.
