-Romania’s home prices have increased by 29.1% within 5 years according to Eurostat data. If you bought a villa in Bucharest for $650,000 five years ago, then it would now be worth around $839,000.

The volume of construction works in Romania increased, in unadjusted data, by 10.7% in October 2023 on an annual basis, INS data revealed.
