Romania’s modern industrial and logistic space stock at end-2022 reached almost 6.2 million square meters, up by over 500,000 square meters from 2021, and there’s further significant room for growth as compared to other CEE countries, according to real estate consultancy Colliers.
The number of construction projects increased by 20% to 29,719 in 2022, after two years with restrictions and significant changes in geopolitical tensions, Ziarul Financiar reported citing IBC Focus.
