Bucharest-listed One United Properties, the leading green investor and developer of residential, mixed-use, and office real estate in Romania, said that it will invest 35 million euro in restoring and transforming three historical buildings in downtown Bucharest into One Downtown, a new real estate development.

Bucharest’s SkyTower, the tallest office building in Romania, has concluded three new lease contracts, welcoming Romanian start-up ZoidPay, software developer Kubeark and real estate developer Certion as the tower’s new tenants. Together, the three new tenants have contracted a total office space of almost 2.000 sqm.
