-CTP Group, Europe’s largest listed developer, owner and operator of industrial and logistics properties by gross leasable area (GLA), plans to double the size of its network of logistics parks up to 20 million square meters of GLA by the end of the decade amid forecasts of continued strong demand for industrial and logistics space across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The Prague-based group is also present in Romania.
-P3 Logistic Parks, a long-term investor, manager and developer of European warehouse properties with more than 7.1 million m² of assets under management, announced contract renewals and extensions of some of the longest-standing tenants in its Romanian portfolio, Logistic E Van Wijk and HOPI Logistics. Thus the two companies are developing their logistics needs within the P3 Bucharest A1 Park.
