Cluj-Napoca, a city in northwestern Romania, remained the most expensive city in terms of apartment prices, as asking prices of residential properties rose slightly in the first quarter, by 0.3% on the previous quarter and 1.7% y-o-y, according to real estate classifieds website


The City Hall of Bucharest’s District 3 approved on Thursday (May 18) the increase of the capital of the limited liability company Algorithm Construcţii S3 by RON 50 mln (EUR 10 mln), money to be invested in the refurbishment of the industrial site Laminor Hall, Agerpres reported.
