CONSTRUCTION

In November 2022, the volume of construction works in Romania increased by 20.3% compared to November 2021 data from the National Institute of Statistics showed.

OFFICE

-Greek private equity real estate investment and asset management firm Bluehouse Capital focused in Central and Southeastern Europe has sold the Olympia Tower office building in Bucharest to Yellow Tree, a Gibraltar-based group dedicated to the ownership, development and management of commercial and residential real estate assets across capital cities.

-Modern concepts that combine work with urban life and provide easy access to co-working, co-living, socializing and wellbeing spaces would bring more balance between the professional and personal life for almost 26% of respondents, less time spent in traffic (21%) and more with friends and family (12.6%), according to a survey by Genesis Property conducted in October 2022 on 1,031 employees from all over Romania.

French multinational hospitality company Accor has launched Handwritten Collection brand, which is in talks for the opening of 110 hotels worldwide, including Romania, Ziarul Financiar reported.
