Total demand for office space in Bucharest stagnated compared to the previous year, reaching 286,100 m², a level comparable to 2021. At the same time, net demand increased only slightly, by 3%, to 140,500 m², according to JLL Romania.

ELI Parks continues the development of the hub in the Northwest of Bucharest – the Buftea Chitila area – and in the vicinity of the future A0 ring road of the Capital, with two new projects, ELI Park 4 and ELI Park 3.3, with a total area of 42,000 sqm, according to the company.
