The average price of an apartment in Romania grew by 47.2% in the last eight years, at national level, newly built homes becoming more expensive by 38%, and old ones, built before 1977, having a higher price by 43% compared to 2015, according to an analysis carried out by Imobiliare.NET platform.


This year will probably be a period of rebalancing on the real estate investment segment, after the record highs in 2022, and the logistics and industrial segment remains one of the most dynamic real estate sectors, according to Colliers.


The most bewildering house in central Sibiu County, built with the roof down, represents a magnet for tourists from everywhere, becoming the “star” of the last months in the well-known tourist area called Valea Avrigului / Avrigului Valley.
