CONSTRUCTION
Romanian business managers expect a steep increase of prices in the processing industry, constructions and trade, as well as a falling number of employees in constructions and more employees in trade between October-December 2022, a survey conducted by the National Institute of Statistics reveals.

Alpha Bank Romania, part of the Greek Alpha Bank Group, will relocate part of its operations to Bucharest’s City Gate North Tower from January 2023, where it will occupy 5000 square meters, i.e. more than 10% of the total office building area, GTC, a leading real estate company in Central and Eastern Europe, announced. The City Gate Complex includes two tower buildings (ground floor + 18 floors), located in Piața Presei Libere area, and has a total leasable space of 47,700 square meters. Both towers have LEED GOLD Certification.
