A total of 2,700 residential building permits were issued by authorities in November 2023, down 15.1% on an annual basis, data published by the National Institute of Statistics (INS) showed on Monday. In January-November 2023, the number of residential building permits stood at 32,096, down 21.7% on an annual basis.
“RETAIL”
The volume of turnover in retail trade increased by 2.2%, as a gross series, in the first 11 months of 2023 compared to the same period in 2022, and by 2.3% as series adjusted according to the number of working days and seasonality, according to INS.
“OFFICE”
The new year brings zero square meters of offices in large projects on a Bucharest market accustomed to at least 100,000-200,000 square meters, Ziarul Financiar reported.
